Move Your Mailbox offers email migration services, including but not limited to:
- Migration of personal and business email accounts to Microsoft 365
- DNS and domain configuration support
- Mailbox transfer of data including email, contacts, calendars, and folders
- Technical support during and after migration
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or organization at our discretion.
2. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information necessary to perform the migration
- Grant temporary access to email or hosting credentials (as needed)
- Back up your data before migration (we take precautions, but backups are your responsibility)
- Use our services only for lawful purposes and not for any malicious or unauthorized use
3. Payment Terms
- All services are billed per mailbox unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Full payment is due before service initiation unless an alternate arrangement is made.
- Prices are subject to change but will always be disclosed prior to engagement.
- We do not offer refunds once a migration has begun unless agreed upon due to failure to deliver.
4. Data Security & Confidentiality
We take your data seriously. All login credentials and customer information are handled with strict confidentiality and deleted upon completion of the service. We do not store, resell, or misuse any client data.
5. Service Limitations
- While we strive for 100% uptime and accuracy, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service during third-party outages (e.g., Microsoft 365).
- Migration timelines may vary depending on data size, email platform, and DNS propagation.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and text on the Move Your Mailbox website are the intellectual property of the company. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as-is” without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not liable for delays, loss of data, or damages beyond the scope of the service agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Move Your Mailbox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
